Care Link by Vico Homes

After many years of dedicated service, the Care Link telecare and responder service will close and customers will be supported to switch providers between March and September 2026. This follows changes to funding and a wider review of how we can continue to deliver services sustainably in a changing and competitive market. We know this difficult news will be felt by lots of people and we want to acknowledge the incredible work of our Care Link team. We are now supporting everyone affected.
